SHIPPING DETAILS

We offer FREE shipping on all purchases over $100 before tax. A standard $10.95 shipping fee will be added to all orders under $100. Gift cards are emailed to you at time of purchase. We do not ship internationally. We do not accept orders from freight forwarders. 

Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 50% restocking charge.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 days to be processed and shipped.

RETURNS

Have a change of heart? Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition may be returned within 14 days of in-store purchase, or within 14 days of a shipped item’s shipping date for store credit. Your credit is held on your account and never expires. You can use all of your store credit at once or a little at a time. RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN STORES

Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition, including online orders with receipt, may be returned for store credit or exchanged at your local store within the 14-day return window. All Jewelry and Footwear are final sales.

RETURN BY MAIL

All returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer returning to add tracking and insurance. Evelie Blu Boutique does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can not be returned or have any cash value. Gift Cards can be redeemed for online or in store purchases.
